From One Idea to a Week of Content: The Research + Approval + Publishing Playbook
A strong source idea can travel across article, social, email, and creative formats without becoming generic when the brief and evidence stay connected.

Start with a source idea worth carrying
Repurposing does not mean stretching a weak thought across more channels. Begin with one audience question, one defensible point of view, and source evidence the team can review. Define the business goal and what each channel should help the audience do next.
Adapt the idea, not just the length
An article can explain the argument. LinkedIn can surface the sharpest tension. Email can frame the practical next step. Creative can make one relationship visible. Each asset should preserve the same idea while respecting the channel's format and audience expectation.
Keep the brief, research, claims, edits, and channel versions attached. An authorized person approves the external release, and the configured provider owns publication or distribution.
Close the week with learning
Capture which angle earned attention, where readers stopped, what generated a qualified response, and which question remained unanswered. Those signals belong in the next brief. The point of a content system is not one busy week. It is a better following week.
